Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Repair Process

What should I do after an auto accident

After an accident, we ask that you make an appointment to speak with one of our representatives to determine the next steps in filing a claim and inquiring about deductibles and rental car coverages.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate

Yes. We ask that you make an appointment so that one of our staff members will be available to answer any questions you may have when inspecting your vehicle. Appointments for an estimate are available Tuesday – Friday from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.

How long will the repairs take

It is important to note that each repair is unique and undergoes a detailed process prior to determining the time frame for repairs. The vehicle requires a complete disassembly in order to determine the entirety of the damage, which allows us to begin purchasing the necessary parts for repair. Once this process is complete, we will be able to better determine the time required to repair the vehicle properly.

What is your warranty policy on repair work

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of the craftsmanship performed at our locations. Every replacement part will come with a warranty, which differs based on the supplier. For further details, please speak with one of our representatives.

When and who do I pay my deductible to

Deductibles will be collected when you pick up your vehicle. We accept cash or any major credits cards. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to any credit or debit transaction.

What Happens if additional damage is found after the estimate

It is common for additional damages to be found once a vehicle has been disassembled and a comprehensive analysis has been performed. Our staff will work with all insurers on any additional damages found after a complete disassembly is complete

What does the post-repair process look like

We strive to contact our customers the day prior to the completion of repairs. When picking your vehicle up, you have the option to drop your Enterprise rental off at our facility.

*Just remember to fill the gas up to the required level prior to dropping off so that there will be no surprise charges.

Insurance

Can you waive my deductible

Unfortunately, due to the high costs of training and equipment required to repair today’s vehicles, we are unable to help with deductibles in any way. Even in such cases, this often leads to inadequate repairs, which our shop does not support.

When and who do I pay my deductible to

Deductibles will be collected when you pick up your vehicle. We accept cash or any major credits cards. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to any credit or debit transaction.

My vehicle is “totaled”. What does that mean

Typically, if your vehicle is determined to be a total loss, the insurance company will contact you within 3 business days to discuss the details. You will need to make arrangements to gather any personal belongings from the vehicle, including the license plate, which can be transferred to a replacement vehicle.

How will you work with my insurance

If you are insured with one of our insurance partners, we will transmit all information electronically for a quick and seamless repair. When working with a company that is not a direct partner, we will make all required contact with your insurer to expedite repairs in a timely manner.

Rentals / Loaners

How do I pick up my rental vehicle

Our preferred rental company (Enterprise) provides complimentary shuttle from our repair facility to their location.  Enterprise will also arrange pick up the rental from our facility after you have picked up your repaired vehicle.

Do you offer rental cars or loaner vehicles

We work with our local Enterprise branch to accommodate any rental car that may be needed during the repair. Unfortunately, with repair margins thinning, we are unable to offer free loaner vehicles. However we can often facilitate discounted rates with Enterprise for our customers.
